Our pre-function space in front of the Grand Ballroom has an InBalance Meetings logo wall to create the initial arrival experience and navigate delegates. There is also an inspirational quote wall to inspire a sense of individual purpose and set the scene for the InBalance Meetings experience. 

As you walk into your meeting room, you will experience one of the following details:

  • In our level one meeting spaces, enjoy nature artworks of the local La Perouse area to promote balance with the outside world
  • In all rooms, enjoy Novotel brand colour decals to reaffirm a creative space that is uplifting and energising
  • Fitballs and yoga mats are available on request to facilitate a relaxed environment and as props for the timeout sessions* limited numbers are available
  • Flipcharts are available to capture ideas and support the brainstorming and problem solving processes 
  • Our conference and events menus are curated by renowned nutritionist Michele Chevalley-Hedge. The menus have been created with clean, whole food ingrdients with minimal sugar to support concentration and sustain productivity
  • We provide guests with InBalance local area maps so you can go for a 20 minute walk or run to revive the senses, relieve stress and get the creative juices flowing again 
  • Virtual head to toe 12 minute yoga stretch available on request as well as a 20 minute audio-visual meditainment
