HEALTH & SAFETY WITH ALLSAFE
ACCOR HAS SOME OF THE MOST STRINGENT CLEANING STANDARDS & OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES IN THE WORLD OF HOSPITALITY TO ENSURE GUEST SAFETY AND PIECE OF MIND.

These standards have been developed with and vetted by Bureau Veritas, a world lead testing inspections and certification. Novotel Sydney International Airport has applied these standards to achieve the new ALLSAFE label.

HAND HYGIENE, WIPES, & MASKS

Australians are taking the necessary steps to keeping our country safe and we are too. Frequent hand washing should be second nature to all who visit the hotel. Guests and staff are also provided with individual sanitiser, wipes and masks upon request. Additional hand sanitiser is also distributed throughout the hotel, supplied in key public areas such as the front desk and The Marke Kitchen.

HEALTH CHECKS

From July, all guests will be provided with access to medical professionals, tele-medical support and a guest hotline for your peace of mind before, during, and after your stay. We focus on comprehensive staff health checks, with meticulous employee safety and hygiene training.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING

Physical distancing of 4 square metres is advised in all public areas. Our The Marke Kitchen is open 7 days a week and taking bookings that comply with government regulations and practice physicaldistancing through specially engineered floor plans, limited bookings, and set seatings. 

THE MARKE KITCHEN & IN-ROOM DINING

Our food and beverage teams have reinforced safety across restaurant and room service protocols. New precautionary measures across every aspect of food preparation, plating and service are taken very seriously. This includes staff hygiene through the use of sanitiser, masks and gloves, frequent disinfection of all surfaces, and a carefully devised socially distanced floor plan for limited bookings. 

Breakfast – We are no longer able to offer buffet breakfast. However we will be offering an A la carte menu from 6.00am to 11.00am at The Marke Kitchen or In-room dining option.


In Room Dining – Our team are committed to the highest level of sanitisation and ensuring your meal is delivered in the safest possible way. Contactless delivery will be available upon request. In Room Dining menu is available 24/7.
