The Marke Pantry supports local producers and growers by bringing you artisanal goods and fresh produce from our own backyard. 

Located inside The Marke Kitchen, the range currently available in The Marke Pantry includes:

• Sauces from Sydney
• Honey from the Blue Mountains
• Jams from Sydney
• Olive oil and relish from the Hunter Valley
• Macadamias from the Byron Bay hinterland
• Australian made soap, shampoo, and conditoner bars

You'll also find potato chips, candies, marshmallows, wafers, cookies (vegan and gluten free), and non-alcoholic drinks.

The Marke Pantry is open daily during restaurant opening hours.

You'll find The Marke Pantry on the ground floor at Novotel Sydney International Airport, located at 22 Levey St, Wolli Creek.
