Great view, Quiet, Great value
While I arrived several hours before normal checkin, I was accommodated when a suitable room became available, and that was an upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and well appointed, within the confines of covid awareness. My interactions with the front desk staff were consistently impressive - friendly and helpful. My meals were again very good, both breakfasts and dinner. And checkout was as impressive as any other interaction I had with the front desk staff.

Outstanding Service
Have stayed the Mercure International Sydney a number times now and have never failed to be impressed with the Professional and pleasant staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and attend to all your needs. Many other higher rated hotels could learn from your establishment in how to treat customers and in particular the added attention and upgrades given as a Accor member and in my case as a Gold member. Not all hotels have a separate area for breakfast like yours which allow personal uncrowded attention which is a great touch of class and is greatly appreciated.

Great Proximity to Sydney International Airport
We had a relatively early flight from Sydney to LA at 1015 so it was great to stay at the hotel the night before rather then get up super early and fly from Brisbane to connect to this flight. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and the evening meal was excellent. The room was spacious and very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have to travel from Sydney on a morning international flight.

Great Family Stay
So close to the international airport and a beautiful relaxed atmosphere with highly quality amenities alleviated the pre-flight stress especially for my elderly parents. Our entire family stayed in 3 rooms, the family rooms have so much space and dinner at the restaurant was superb. Kids also enjoyed a quick swim on the rooftop pool adjacent to the hotel.

Great airport hotel, reasonable prices dining at a restaurant and also a small bar. Enough lifts for people to get around without waiting long. Free shuttle to the airport and options for medium term parking.
