Thank you so much for a great day yesterday. Everything went very well and your function staff were brilliant (including your AV tech). The special touches like complimentary barista coffee and car parking validation really made it an outstanding experience for our delegates. The food was really nice too.

Friday dinner was lovely, in fact all the meals were outstanding, no complaints at all. The staff were amazing, nothing but smiles and a can-do attitude, and the AV support from Encore Technologies was gold star treatment. Valentine was incredibly helpful with all our accommodation changes, thank you for your help and patience throughout. The Hotel Reception team were also marvellous, helping organise the shuttle and get all our guests to and from the airport.

A massive thanks to you and your team for looking after us during our meetings. The organisation was perfect, the food was delicious, and we felt looked after in every possible way. Jasmine was a delight and incredibly helpful. The venue met all our needs, a private meeting room, comfortable accommodation, a central location, and excellent staff throughout. I really appreciate the effort from you and the team, and I'm sure I'll be back to your hotel again soon.
