  • Consecutive stays (checking out and checking back in on the same day) at the same hotel will count as one single stay, and the 2X Reward Points offer will apply only once to that stay.
  • A “stay” means one booking by an ALL member, even if it includes multiple rooms. Only the first room checked out will earn eligible points and nights.
  • Bookings must be made directly with Accor (official website, ALL app, call centre, hotel directly) or through a traditional travel agent connected to Accor’s system.
  • Bookings made via third-party sites (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com) are not eligible.
  • Members must provide their ALL loyalty number when booking and present it at check-in.
  • Reward points will be credited within 10 days after check-out.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or group bookings. If more than one offer applies, the member will receive the highest points offer only.
