Sydney Airport Shuttle

Sydney Super Shuttle provides a shuttle service between Sydney Airport and Novotel Sydney International Airport. The shuttle service has frequent daily departures.

The airport shuttle between Sydney Airport and Novotel Sydney International Airport is a paid service operated by Sydney Super Shuttle at a cost of $10 per person per way.

If you’re a hotel guest travelling from Novotel Sydney International Airport to the airport, speak with our friendly reception team during your stay to book your preferred shuttle time.

There is no need to pre-book your shuttle from the airport terminal – transfers operate regularly between the airport and hotel, 7 days a week – simply make your way to the pick-up point at the airport to await the next departure. The shuttle driver will ask you to fill out your details and you will be charged at the hotel.

If you’re travelling from International Arrivals at Sydney Airport, you’ll find the Sydney Super Shuttle pick-up point at Bus Bay 12 (opposite Rydges). Look for the shuttle bus marked ‘Sydney Super Shuttle’.

If you’re travelling from Domestic Arrivals at Sydney Airport, you’ll find the Sydney Super Shuttle pick-up point at Bus Bay 4, located on your left from Terminal 2 (Jet Star, Virgin, Rex), or on your right from Terminal 3 (Qantas).

Sydney Super Shuttle advises it is able to accept two pieces of checked luggage weighing a maximum of 20kg each. You can purchase up to three additional pieces of checked baggage for an additional fee of $4 per item.

Yes, prams and wheelchairs can be transported with you on the shuttle. No additional fee applies and these items do not contribute to your luggage limits.

The airport shuttle provided by Sydney Super Shuttles is a convenient option to travel between the airport and the hotel, especially if you’re travelling with luggage.

However, several other transfer options are available to you:

• Self Drive. You can drive between Sydney Airport and Novotel Sydney International Airport. Paid car parking is available at both the hotel and the airport. The drive from the hotel to the International terminal is approximately 5 minutes, and the drive from the hotel to the Domestic terminal is approximately 10 minutes.
• Walking. There is pedestrian access between the hotel and Sydney International Airport. The walk is approximately 1.5km and will take around 20 minutes. Due to the size and layout of Sydney Airport, walking to the Domestic terminal is further and takes longer (around an hour).
• Train. Wolli Creek Station is the nearest train station, located approximately 12 minutes walk from the hotel. The walk will take you through Cahill Park via the Cooks River before crossing the highway toward the station. There are frequent train services from Wolli Creek to Sydney Airport Domestic and International Terminals.
• Taxi. Our friendly reception team can assist with booking a taxi for you if you'd like to be picked up from the hotel. Travelling from the airport? Look out for signs at the terminals for directions to the taxi rank.
• Uber. You’ll find Uber operating in the Sydney airport precinct, bookable via the Uber app on your mobile phone.
