Throughout the evening, experienced wine professional Matt Graham will guide you through each pairing, sharing insights into the wines and how their distinctive characteristics enhance every course.
From Smoked Ocean Trout Tartlet and Kingfish Crudo to Slow Braised Beef Short Rib and Chicken Ballotine, and finishing with a White Chocolate and Yuzu Dome, each dish has been crafted to bring food and wine together in perfect harmony.
