Removing Single Use Plastic from the Guest Experience

Novotel Sydney International Airport have now removed items such as plastic straws in our restaurant and bar, plastic water bottles in rooms, and individual toileteries and vanity sets in bathrooms.

In their place, more sustainable options have been made available to our guests, such as paper straws in the restaurant and bar, and refillable shampoo, conditoner, and soap in guest rooms.
