This year, NAIDOC Week 2025 celebrates 50 years of Indigenous voices, culture, and resilience. Under the theme “The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy”, we honour the achievements of past leaders while shining a spotlight on the next generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders.

At Novotel Sydney International Airport, we recognise the importance of NAIDOC Week in celebrating the strength, vision, and contributions of Indigenous communities across Australia. The week provides an opportunity to reflect on the rich cultural heritage, the enduring legacy of Elders, and the innovative work of emerging leaders shaping the future.

NAIDOC Week also highlights initiatives and organisations committed to supporting Indigenous communities, such as the NCIRS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Immunisation Advisory Group, whose work promotes culturally safe health care and empowers future generations of Indigenous health leaders.

Through NAIDOC Week 2025, we celebrate the resilience, creativity, and leadership of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and we are proud to acknowledge their contributions to our communities, culture, and nation.
