This year, celebrations are coming back bigger, bolder, and bursting with Irish spirit. From 12 to 17 March, the precinct will come alive with toe‑tapping Irish music, jigs, reels, family fun, and a delicious spread of Irish food guaranteed to keep every belly happy.

The Sydney St Patrick’s Day Festival returns to First Fleet Park over the weekend, offering a vibrant cultural celebration that is not to be missed.

Across The Rocks, local venues will be serving up festive Irish favourites, from spice bags to hearty pub classics. Don’t miss Sydney’s oldest Irish pub, The Mercantile, pouring pints, hosting live music, and serving its famous Irish Breakfast, making it a must-visit during the festivities.

The celebrations kick off on 12 March with a free outdoor cinema screening of Sing Street, and the craic will be flowing all week long.
