How It Works
1. Log in to your ALL – Accor Live Limitless account (or join for free).
2. Log in to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account (or sign up at no cost).
3. Link your accounts to begin earning across both programmes.
Once linked, eligible stays at Novotel Sydney International Airport can earn you Qantas Points in addition to your standard ALL Reward points — helping you reach your next reward sooner.

Benefits are subject to membership status, eligibility and programme terms and conditions.
- You must be a member of both ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Qantas Frequent Flyer, and both accounts must be in the same name to link them.
- Accounts must be linked via all.com or qantas.com to activate Cross Rewards.
- Hotel bookings must be made through official Accor channels (not third-party sites like Expedia or Booking.com).
- Earn both ALL Reward Points and Qantas Points on eligible Accor hotel stays.
- Cancelled stays or flights do not earn points.
- If you unlink your accounts, Cross Rewards benefits stop, but your individual ALL and Qantas memberships remain active.
- Closing either account automatically ends Cross Rewards participation.
